1014 活在真理的深处
亲爱的，为什么你对你所看见的事物，比对我国度中那看不见的事物更加印象深刻？为什么你对自己生命处境的反应，好像它们就是最终的话语？它们只是暂时的。虽然你感受到它们，也受到它们的影响，但绝不能允许它们管辖你；我希望你以不同的眼光来生活。
我要你以天国的视角生活——持守那引导你走过艰难时期的真理，在混乱和冲突之中，与其专注于环境看起来有多么黯淡，不如更加留意我正在做什么。这不是消极意义上的否认；而是最圣洁、最有效的否认——拒绝让世界比我的真理更多进入你的心。对一些人来说，向压力屈服也许很正常，但这不是你的常态。至少对你、对那些自称是属我的人来说，都不应该如此。相反，要活得更高并更深，从你里面最深处那活泼的真理中活出来，让你对我将要成就之事的喜乐期待，取代你的恐惧；这就是我呼召你要活出来的生命。
祢劝告我与纠正我的方式，使我更加赞美祢，因为祢在夜间的低语赐给我智慧，向我显明下一步该做什么。因为祢与我亲近，并且随时可及，我的信心永远不会动摇，因为我每时每刻都经历祢环绕着我的同在。——诗篇 16:7-8
1014 Live from the depth of truth
Beloved, why are you more impressed by the things you see than the invisible things of my kingdom? Why are you reacting to your life circumstances as if they are the final word? They are only temporary. Though you feel them and are affected by them, they must not be allowed to rule you. I want you to live from a different perspective.
I want you to live from the perspective of heaven–to engage with truth that navigates you through the difficult times, to be more aware of what I’m doing in the midst of chaos and conflict than how grim the circumstances look. This is not denial in a negative sense; it’s denial in the most holy and effective sense–denying the world more access to your heart than my truth. It may be normal for some people to yield to the pressure, but it is not your normal. At least it shouldn’t be–not for you, not for those who call themselves mine. Instead, live higher and deeper from the depth of living truth inside of you that replaces fear with joyful anticipation of what I’ll do. This is the life I’ve called you to.
The way you counsel and correct me makes me praise you more, for your whispers in the night give me wisdom, showing me what to do next. Because you are close to me and always available, my confidence will never be shaken, for I experience your wrap-around presence every moment. –PSALM 16:7-8
