0808 我是和平之君
我是和平之君。當你讓我成為主宰你每一個思想意念的王時，我便能掌管一切壓力與紛擾。當你俯伏在我面前，把你的思想、靈魂和身體都降服於我時，我便能使一切事物和諧共存；焦慮與平安無法共存。
雖然你忙碌的思緒常常在不知不覺中把我推開，但我知道你的心仍然渴慕我。不要憂慮，我親愛的，我總會回應每一顆來就近我的心靈。將我高舉，使我超越刻在你心中的憂慮，以此來彰顯我的同在。你有足夠的能力來選擇自己要思想什麼。把你的憂慮放在祭壇上，當作讚美的祭獻給我；把它們交給我；把你一切掛慮放在我威嚴的腳前，讓它們降服於那奔流在你血管里的榮耀之下。呼求我的名，唱出你愛我的詩歌，深深沉浸在我平安的寧靜之中。把你所有的憂慮都交在我的手裡，如果有必要，你就一一把它們說出來；然後相信我會照料它們，讓我成為你心中唯一的所思所想。
我把平安這份禮物留給你們——我的平安。不是世人所給的那種脆弱的平安，而是我完全的平安。不要向懼怕屈服，也不要讓你們的心裡煩惱；相反地，要剛強壯膽！——約翰福音 14:27
0808 I am the Prince of Peace
I am the Prince of Peace. I rule and reign over stress and turmoil when you set me as the King over your every thought. I hold everything together in perfect harmony when you bow before me and yield to me–mind, soul, and body. Anxiety and peace cannot coexist.
Though your busy mind unwittingly pushes me away, I know your heart yearns for me. Don’t fret, my beloved. I always respond to hearts that reach for me. Exalt my presence by lifting me higher than the cares that plague your mind. You are powerful enough to choose what you think about. Offer me the sacrifice of praise by placing your cares on the altar. Give them to me. Lay your concerns at the feet of my majesty. Make them submit to the glory that rushes through your veins. Say my name. Sing your songs of love. Sink deep into the stillness of my peace. Leave every single care in my hands. Name each one if you must; then trust me to take care of them. Let me be the only thought that consumes you.
I leave the gift of peace with you–my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts–instead, be courageous! –JOHN 14:27
