0618 今天從憂慮中放一天假
我的計劃必在你的生命中成就。只管相信我賜給你的每一句話。我親愛的，當你看見截止日期正在快速逼近時，不要絕望。要有意識地注視我為你所應許的真相，讓它們成為你的現實。默想這些應許，並提醒自己我過去為你所做的一切，記念那些你已得勝走出的處境。最重要的是，要記住我對你的計劃是美善的，並充滿目的和生命。
不要容許擔憂和焦慮推動你採取那些不是由我聖靈的平安與智慧所引導的行動。不要把延遲的重擔扛在自己的肩上，彷彿那是你必須背負的。我創造你，不是要你活在壓力之中。你要揚聲宣告我的美善，讚美我，因為我愛你，我的計劃盡都美好。相信我必引導你，並為你開道路，然後安息吧。今天，給自己放一天假——從焦慮、擔憂和恐懼中放假。我的真實將要且必定在你裡面成就。

0618 Take a vacation from worry today.
My plans will be fulfilled in your life. Just trust in every word that I give you. My beloved, do not despair when you see a deadline is fast approaching. Look intentionally at the reality of my promises for you. Let them become your reality. Meditate on them and remind yourself of what I’ve done for you in the past. Remember the situations where you came out victorious. Remember, above all things, that my plans for you are good, full of purpose and life.
Don’t allow worry and anxiety to move you to action that isn’t led by the peace and wisdom of my Spirit. Don’t take the weight of delay upon your shoulders, as if it’s your burden to bear. I didn’t create you to live in stress. Lift your voice and declare my goodness. Praise me, because I love you and my plans are good. Trust me to lead you and to make a way. Then rest. Take a vacation day today–a vacation from anxiety, worry, and fear. My reality is and will be fulfilled in you.
