0302 放下你的努力
我已在密處教導你，你已學習我聖靈之道。今天我提醒你：不要爭競，讓你的心安息在寧靜中，我必成就你不能成的事。焦慮與勞苦是你平安的敵人。當我給你一個任務時，我賜你完成此任務的恩典。我從不帶你到失敗，也不給你只讓你跌倒的使命。我要在安靜之處堅固你，並將我超越的同在帶來安靜你的心靈。
當你認識我，你就不再努力要變得更好，也不再力求被愛。當你經歷我無盡的憐憫，你便會學習信靠我對你的愛。努力奮鬥只會讓你感到空虛和耗盡，但當你憑信心將自己交託在我的看顧中，我必用我的平安充滿你，賜你安息。信心在盼望中安歇，所以，我的孩子，這是安息日的喜樂，當你將進入我國度的領域之時。要知道，我絕不會失敗，也絕不會令你失望；在這確定中安歇吧。
對我們這些相信者而言，信心啟動了應許，我們就經歷了確定安息的領域了。——希伯來書 4:3
0302 Release your striving.
I have taught you in the secret place, and you have learned the ways of my Spirit. I remind you this day: do not strive but rest your heart in the quietness, and I will do what you cannot. Anxiety and striving are the enemies of your peace. When I give you a task, I give you the grace to accomplish it. I never lead you into failure or give you a mission only to make you fall. I will strengthen you in the quiet place and bring my transcendent presence to calm your soul.
When you know me, you will no longer strive to be better or strive to be loved. When you experience my endless compassion, you will learn to trust my love for you. Striving will leave you feeling empty and depleted. But when you release yourself by faith into my care, I will fill you with my peace and give you rest. Faith rests in hope. So, my child, this is the day of Sabbath joy, when you will enter into the realm of my kingdom. Know that I will never fail you or disappoint you. Rest in that certainty.
